Topic: Why Use Simulations for the Assessment/Promotional Process?

              Description:

More and more departments these days are using virtual simulations as part of the hands-on portion of the assessment and promotional process. SimsUshare is honored to host two distinguished Fire Service leaders, Chief Peter Lamb and Chief Joe Pronesti, in a discussion for those considering incorporating simulations and those already using them in the process, and which SimsUshare features as part of the process.

The 20-25 minute talk will be followed by a 5-10 minute Q&A.
